Custom ManneQueen Makeover

PLEASE READ

1. For this service you must PROVIDE YOUR OWN MANNEQUIN
2. Please ensure that the mannequin is in GOOD CONDITION & FREE FROM MAKEUP 
3. Once you have completed your purchase please DM @bendalouk on Instagram with your name & order number.
4. You must send your doll to us within 10days of purchasing this service.
5. Please ensure that your name & order number is included in your parcel. This will enable us to easily identify the mannequin’s owner.  
6. Processing time takes up to 7-10 days. This will proceed once we receive your mannequin. 
7. We request a picture or video of the desired makeup look(s). This is your opportunity to be very clear and detailed. Once we complete the doll and we show you the final results, from there only minor changes can be made to the makeover. Due to the nature of this product if you wish for us to change the look completely you will be charged the price of our makeover service again.
   In addition, eyebrow shapes may vary. Commonly we find that the mannequin brows are not shaped symmetrically. Our technique is to follow the natural shape of the manufactured brows. We try and avoid filling in the eyebrows in order to achieve a soft natural look but in some cases we may have to for a symmetrical look. Please note that eyebrows may not look exactly the same as the picture/ video you reference because the technique may vary depending on the shape of the manufactured brows.

Mannequin heads accepted

We only accept mannequin heads with a white beige complexion and darker. This is because pale busts are difficult to work on. Please view the last 2 slides above for reference.
