Can i send you my own mannequin to makeover?

Yes you can, however your mannequin must be in good condition and cleared of any makeup. We will not accept any dolls that are not.

 

Is the makeup permanent?

We get a lot of enquires about whether the mannequin’s makeup transfers.

No, the makeup does not transfer. Every doll is sealed with two coats of enamel spray. However, the makeup isn’t permanent but with good care it can last long. We advise that when caring for the doll you do not hold the mannequin by it’s neck but underneath and at the top of the head instead.

When you’re not using the doll store it in a safe place. Keep in cool/ room temperature spaces and not in a very hot environment.

Can any revisions be made to the mannequin?

Before we start the makeover on your mannequin we will ask you to send in the desired makeup look(s) of your choice. This is your opportunity to be very clear and detailed. Once we complete the doll and we show you the final results, from there only minor changes can be made to the makeover. Due to the nature of this product if you wish for us to change the look completely you will be charged the price of our makeover service again.

What is your Processing time?

Processing time takes up to 7-10 business days once we receive the mannequin.

What is your refund policy?

We do not provide a refund but In a situation that the makeup or the doll is damaged you can send it back for retouch 

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not but hope to do so in the future.
