Can I send my own mannequin for a makeover?
Yes, you can! However, please ensure that your mannequin is in good condition and free of any makeup. We will only accept dolls that meet these conditions.
Is the makeup permanent?
We receive many questions about whether the makeup on the mannequin transfers. The makeup does not transfer, as each mannequin is sealed with two coats of enamel spray. However, the makeup isn’t permanent. With proper care, it can last for a long time. We recommend handling the mannequin by the top of the head rather than by the neck to prevent damage. When storing the mannequin, keep it in a cool, room-temperature space, away from excessive heat.
Please note: The mannequins are intended for display only and should not be used for styling.
Can I request changes to the mannequin's appearance?
Before we begin the makeover, you will be asked to provide your desired makeup look(s). Please be as detailed as possible. Once we’ve completed the makeover and shown you the final result, only minor adjustments can be made. If you want a complete change to the look, there will be an additional charge for the full makeover service.
What is the processing time?
The processing time is typically 7-10 business days after we receive your mannequin.
What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds. However, if the makeup or the mannequin is damaged, you can return it for a touch-up.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do offer international shipping.
